The partnership between OTK Kart Group and Carlos Sainz, driver of the Formula 1, is the story of a circle that closes. The new chassis range has been created with the aim of inspiring and motivating a new generation of young and talented drivers. And to do so, the new CS55 keeps faith with the company mission "Designed, Engineered, Manufactured, 100% Made in OTK - Italy" at the base of all OTK Kart Group products. The rigorous control of the entire design and production chain, thanks also to the use of automated processes that guarantee extremely high-quality standards, has always been the distinctive element of the Italian company.

WIND CARVED AERODYNAMICS

Thanks to the in-depth tests sessions carried out in the wind tunnel and by means of CFD computer simulations, OTK Kart Group's department has developed the M10 kit, which includes slimmer side bumpers with reduced weight and able to favour the cooling of the rear tyres. The front nose and the M7 number plate comply with the current FIA regulations as well as the rear protection, now adjustable in width.

HIGHEST COMFORT ON TRACK

CS55 RACER sees the introduction of further refinements with regard to the driving position, with the chance now of adjusting the footrest more flexibly and thanks to the introduction of new seat supports. All this, as always, combined with the HGS steering wheel and its inclined hub.

TOP BRAKING SYSTEM The CS55, in its single-speed version, is fitted with the BSD braking system. The one-piece forged rear brake caliper is equipped with a stroke recovery system and features two 34.5 mm diameter pistons. This is combined with a two-piston pump and a brake line with outer cover stainless steel braid, PTFE inner tube. The caliper and brake pump are made of Ergal, a material that stands out for its excellent mechanical strength, which is further increased by the hard oxidation process that reduces wear on the moving parts.
