Delivery time
All orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same shipment when in stock. The package will be delivered the next working day by package delivery service UPS from PostNL.
In some cases, however, a product may not be in stock. Please note that the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
We try to inform you at all times about the exact delivery time when a product is not in stock.

All our packages are sent via the UPS or PostNL parcel service.
Item not in stock
If a product is not in stock, you will be confirmed by e-mail about the expected delivery time.
Received wrong products
If you have received a different delivery, please contact our customer service via E-mail: info@koene.com. Our employees are happy to help you and come to a suitable solution together with you.
Sending back your order?
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
Important:
Returns are excluded for products:
- Products custom made or personalized in any way.
- Specially obtained products.
- Correctly performed services such as (engine) maintenance or tuning.
In order for the article to meet the following conditions to meet:
- The article or articles must be complete.
- The item or items must be in the original packaging.
- The item, or items that appear to be unused.
