CS55 Rookie EVM MY ‘25

The CS55 Racing chassis reserved for the MINI classes and developed by OTK Kart Group’s R&D department is renewed in its EVS and EVM versions, while keeping the frame geometries unchanged from the past. Among the main new features, however, are the innovative M9 fairings, BMT4 spindles, new multi-adjustable forged pedals, integral floorplate and magnesium hubs.

THE GREAT CONFIRMATIONS

The Rookie Model Year 2025, reserved for the MINI classes, keeps the same frame geometry as in the previous versions thus also confirming the distinction between EVS and EVM versions, designed by OTK Kart Group’s R&D department for the use of “soft” and “medium” compound tires, respectively.

Multi-adjustable Pedals

“PROFESSIONAL” DRIVING POSITION

Among the most significant innovations introduced with the Rookie 2025 by CS55 Racing edition there are the forged aluminum pedals, heavily inspired by the models on Junior/Senior chassis. These are multi-adjustable components that allow the driver's seat to be adapted to drivers of all sizes. This solution comes along with the introduction of the new fuel tank whose optimized shape makes driving more comfortable during track activity.

Magnesium hubs and BMT4 spindles

HIGHEST QUALITY FOR THE COMPONENTS

In a category such as MINI, in which victory is often a matter of thousandths of a second, a continuous refinement of every single component of the kart is absolutely necessary. OTK Kart Group’s R&D department has therefore led to the development of the new BMT4 spindles for the Rookie model, combined with 235 mm steering rods. In the CS55 Racing product range for 2025, there are also new hubs, made of magnesium, available for both front and rear axles, and a new machined aluminum chain tensioner fixed to the bearing bracket.

M9 Fairing Kit

ADULTS’ AERODYNAMIC, FOR YOUNGER DRIVERS AS WELL

The CS55 Racing Rookie is equipped with the M9 fairing kit, which includes the innovative front spoiler and front fairings, inspired by the M11 model reserved for the Junior/Senior classes. On the other hand, the side bumpers and rear protection of the M8 kit, introduced with the previous homologation, remain unchanged. Also in the MINI version, as well as in the “adult” one, the whole set of fairings is then decorated with new designed stickers. Attention to aerodynamic details is also evidenced by the introduction of a new integral floorplate, designed by the OTK Kart Group’s R&D department, to reduce vortex and turbulence phenomena.

BSM5 Braking System

SAFETY AND PERFORMANCE

To meet the specific needs of the MINI categories, OTK Kart Group’s R&D department, implemented innovative solutions on both the EVS and EVM versions, to optimize braking. The BSM5 braking system has been upgraded with new brake pads, named 4A, as well as a 149 mm floating disc.
